REGIONAL DIRECTOR SOCCER PROGRAM – DEVELOPMENT & COACHING in Chicago Metro Area -- Develop, implement, evaluate & monitor soccer coaching program for client organizations. Provide region with comprehensive soccer teaching, coaching & competition service including: customer services, development of local day camps, residential academies, holiday soccer camps, team retail, tournaments, and year-round coaching. Demonstrate knowledge of child development & age-appropriate programming for soccer sports training; and continually teach / coach to highest possible standards following company’s unique soccer teaching / training camp programs, guidelines and philosophies. Extensive program development. Organize, maintain & allocate year-round training schedule & local day-camp schedule for client organizations including assisting with camp directing & fulfilling coaching allocation. Supervise & manage all professional staff coaches. Effectively communicate with parents, community members, clients & coaching staff regarding the soccer training curriculum, training schedules, techniques, competition, sportsmanship, etc. Manage region's profitable growth by reporting on sales, marketing and expansion of all program services offered by the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sports Science or similar field and 5 years progressive post-BA experience in the job offered or in alternative job of Asst Director, Club Trainer, Soccer Coach, Business Analyst in field or similar. Must have experience in teaching soccer, coaching strategies and player development.

Pass security background check.

License/certifications required: USSF B license or NSCAA Advanced National Diploma or higher. 15 % Travel req. within Chicago Metro Area.
